Welcome to SMMUSD Child Development Services. To begin the application process for the Infant & Toddler Center (ITC), preschool or before/after school care for your child (grades TK-3), you must submit an application in order to be eligible for enrollment consideration.

*Applications for the 2025/2026 school year will be accepted after January 1, 2025. Any applications sent prior to 1/1/25 will not be accepted.

Email is the preferred way to submit the application. If you would like to hand-deliver it, please go to 2828 4th Street. Our office is inside the front door of the blue building off the street. Someone is in the office from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Once we have received your application, your child/children’s name will be placed on a waitlist for that site. If a space becomes available, you will be contacted by our office staff and asked to complete enrollment paperwork. At that time, eligibility for financial assistance will be calculated. You will not be contacted prior to this as we are only enrolling students when space becomes available.”
