• Seniors must own and reside in their property as their primary residence

Filing period for NEW applicants starts on April 1, 2025. The application will be available at that time.

How to Apply:
***Attention: Only use this application form for NEW applications. Parcels that received an exemption in 2023-2024 AND continue to meet the eligibility criteria will be automatically exempted from 2024-2025. If you wish to check your status, please email MeasureR@smmusd.org with your name and address or parcel number. ***
