  • Introduction to Building and Construction Trades with Apprenticeship Readiness

    contact button Start your career in the building and construction trades with this FREE introductory course! The Multi-Craft Core Curriculum (MC 3) introduces students to the basics of the different crafts (carpentry, plumbing, ironwork, etc.) within the construction industry. Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive certificates from OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and NABTU. This course also affords you the best opportunity to apply for paid union apprenticeships.

    Prerequisites:

    • 18 years or older
    • High School Diploma or equivalent (higher-level education from another country accepted)
    • Driver’s License
    • Reliable Transportation
    • Reading and math level (7th/ 8th-grade)
    • Right to Work
    • Pass Drug Test
    • Enrollment, Counseling Session & Reading/Math Assessment
