• Welcome to the Santa Monica-Malibu Independent Study Program (ISP)

I hope your family had a wonderfully rejuvenating summer break! Our staff is looking forward to another productive year for our students, and we intend to do whatever we can to help your child prosper and achieve their educational goals. As always, we will work closely with you, families and caregivers, to be able to best serve your child.

My name is Mrs. Cynthia McGregory, the proud, Principal of the Independent Studies Program in addition to Olympic High School, Adult Education, and the Off Campus Learning Center, all of which provide extraordinary alternatives for students and families. I am honored and excited to work closely with and support our dedicated ISP Teachers to ensure that our ISP program is engaging, responsive and successfully meeting the needs of all of our students.

A key component of the enrollment process is a signed written agreement that must be obtained from the parent/guardian. It is imperative that this agreement is signed within the first two weeks of instruction, so I ask for and greatly appreciate your cooperation and flexibility in advance. You will receive another message in the near future with options on how to schedule a meeting time to review and sign this document.
