Every student will be assigned a PE locker in which to store his or her physical education uniform during the week. Every locker in the PE Dressing Room shall be subjecct to random inspection by any person, including a police officer, authorized by the administration at any time, with or without the presence of the student to whom the locker is assigned and without advance notice thereof.

The student shall be responsible for any and all items found in the locker, regardless of whether the student claims or admits to be the owner or sustodian thereof; in addition, any item found subsequently to be the possession of any other student not authorized to use the locker in wquestion may be the basis of additional proceedings, disciplinary or criminal, against him or her.
