• ONE ON CAMPUS

ONE ON CAMPUS is honored to provide socio-emotional support services and innovative restorative practice options at Malibu High School for the 2023-24 school year.

ONE On Campus is an award-winning program of the 501(c)3 nonprofit ONE Recovery, founded in 2015 as the first early intervention program of its kind. The program is based on the simple, but powerful, premise that there is one recovery from all struggles and that recovery resides in the connection of humans for cause.

ONE is dedicated to the inspiration of young people, their loved ones and conscious members of the community looking to raise their awareness. We engage visionaries, mavericks, and experts in their chosen fields to come share their path, art, or expertise.

ONE is committed to lowering the rate of depression, anxiety, substance use and suicide amongst teens through awareness and connection.

It is in the weekly young people’s support groups that students discover that their personal strength may be a lifeline to another’s weakness. The issues addressed range from substance use, social anxiety to bullying and academic pressures.

ONE seeks to inspire and ignite the passion that exists within every young person.

ONE will be here during lunch on Wednesday, October 4th to meet students and share information about their program.

Weekly ONE connection meetings will be held beginning on Thursday, October 12, during support in room 622.  They will continue every Wednesday and Thursday during support from then on.  Students should sign up on Enriching Students with Mrs. Dahm.  Connection meetings will also be held on Wednesday afternoons from 3:40-4:40 also in room 622 beginning Wednesday, October 11.
