A job offer is required in order to begin the Work Permit Application process. Once you have received a job offer, complete all the info in sections one and two of the Work Permit Application and make an appointment with Ms. Gilbert in the O house office D301 between 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Eligibility for a Work Permit: A minimum 2.0 GPA is required on the most recent report card, with no failing grades in any class, and no less than an 85% attendance/tardy record in every class to be eligible for a work permit.
