• “Cambia Todo Cambia”: Honoring Our Graduates, Celebrating the Journey

Each school year, Edison Language Academy honors a cherished tradition—a heartfelt ceremony celebrating our graduating seniors. These remarkable students began their educational journey with us in our Spanish Immersion program, and some have continued all the way through to 12th grade. Those who complete the full immersion pathway are awarded a beautifully symbolic stole to wear at graduation, a bilingual medallion, and the prestigious Seal of Biliteracy on their diploma—tangible reflections of their dedication and cultural pride.

But Edison is more than a school—it’s the beginning of a lifelong connection. From the moment they walk through our doors, students become part of our Edison family. Whether they complete the entire immersion program or pursue their passions down different paths, we celebrate each of them for who they are and the unique journey they’ve taken.

On a Saturday afternoon, graduates and their families return to where it all began, joining us for a deeply personal ceremony shaped by the students themselves. The program features heartfelt speeches, performances, and always culminates in the moving song they first learned at Edison, "Cambia Todo Cambia"—a poignant reminder of growth, change, and continuity. It’s a moment that rarely leaves a dry eye in the room.

And as all families do, we end the day gathered around a table, sharing a meal, stories, and the joy of community.
