College and Career Counseling

Malibu High School College and Career Counseling is a comprehensive resource center that assists students and parents in making well-informed decisions about their post-high school years. The goal is to help students find the best college or university that fits their academic, professional, social and personal needs. To that end, students meet individually with our college counselor throughout their junior and senior years. The staff supports them in the research and application process, while also helping them learn to be their own best advocate. Malibu High School is a member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling and the Western Association for College Admission Counseling.

FAFSA Opt Out Form

• The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or California Dream Act Application (CADAA) determines a pupil’s eligibility for financial aid to assist with a pupil’s attendance at a college or career school. To opt out of the Financial Aid Application requirement, please complete this form and return it to Ms. Snyder.
