School Description
Olympic is the continuation high school of the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District and was recently accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges for the first time in its 44 year history. Enrolled are 140 students who are behind in academic credits and thrive in a smaller learning environment, benefiting from a diverse curriculum and programs. Students have individualized educational programs with a strong emphasis on a standards-based curriculum, intensive guidance/counseling, and project-based learning.

Olympic High School students reflect a richly diverse population visibly engaged in a personalized academic environment supported by a devoted staff of instructors, counselor, and support personnel. Olympic builds on student strengths as we assist each student in achieving academic success through a respectful and supportive process. Students participate in a wide variety of elective programs while moving toward the completion of their high school diploma.
