TAKE ACTION Acknowledge your Enrollment Now! Check your email for a pre-populated form or CLICK HERE to provide input and gain access to a wide range of programs and services. All SMMUSD elementary and middle school students (TK-6 grades) can participate,
*Preferred registration will be afforded to students according to State ELOP funding mandates. Qualified families can participate FREE of charge (homeless, foster, Migrant Ed., Free-reduced price lunch).
To request your pre-populated link email: ELOP@smmusd.org with your student first/last name, school attended in 24-25 and date of birth.
This form is an acknowledgement of your student’s participation in the umbrella of ELOP services, additional registration is required directly with the provider(s) you choose. In most cases registration is free but on occasion fees may be reimbursed and if you student qualifies only as an ELL student you may be subject to fees based on your ability to pay. As applicable, be sure to request financial assistance with any eligible provider when you register.
Additional Registration will be required with your provider to confirm your enrolment! Please contact your preferred provider to secure your spot and get more details.
🕒 Program Hours
- Afterschool until 5:30 PM or later
- Before-school activities at select sites
- Full-day programs during holidays, intersession, and summer
