It is the mission of the SMMUSD Visual and Performing Arts program to provide young artists the opportunity to experience musical, artistic, theatrical and dance excellence. This experience is achieved through a performance-based music education program, artistic based art education program, theatrical based theatre education program and dance program that is committed to teaching musical, artistic, theatrical and dance skills through a challenging curriculum of sacred and secular Visual and Performing Arts repertoire.
