The LCAP Parent advisory committee (LCAP PAC) - as used in California Education Code (EC) sections 52063 and 52069, shall be composed of a majority of parents, as defined in subdivision (e), of pupils and include parents of pupils to whom one or more of the definitions in EC Section 42238.01 apply.

The membership of the advisory committee is based on the Education Code (EC Section 42238.01).  EC Secion 42238.01

LCAP PAC are public meetings. Agendas, dates, and zoom links are available to the public. Interpretation in Spanish is provided at all meetings.
All meetings are held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. via Zoom unless otherwise noted.
