The Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District is committed to providing our communities with the latest news and information related to our schools and district. To make this as convenient as possible, we have created many platforms for the community to receive information. If you need assistance or any additional information, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

The Communications Office is under the direction of the Superintendent and is led by the district’s Chief Communications Officer, Brandyi Phillips. Direct media inquiries to Brandyi.

Communications Specialist, Andy Kenareki, serves in the Facilities Improvement Projects office, Diana Bouchaaya, supports district and FIP projects, and the webmaster, Maryanne Solomon oversees the district's 17 websites. Together we strive to communicate important and interesting information to our families, staff and communities.
