The following salary schedules apply to all teachers, counselors, child development teachers and management personnel, who work within the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District. The effective schedule date is indicated on each schedule. Please note that newly hired certificated (non-management) employees shall be given step experience (years of service) credit on the salary schedule for all years of acceptable experience, up to the 12th step maximum.
