SPECIAL BOARD MEETING SCHEDULED FOR November 29 at Lincoln middle school

 

The Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District Board of Education will be holding a special meeting on Tuesday, November 29, 2011, at 6:00pm at Lincoln Middle School in the auditorium: 1501 California Ave., Santa Monica, CA 90403.  This meeting is open to the public. 

 

The purpose of this meeting is for the Board of Education to take action on proposed changes to the Acceptance of Gifts policy.  Board members discussed these proposed changes in Malibu on November 3 and in Santa Monica on November 17 during regular board meetings.

 

Please note that the meeting will be held at Lincoln Middle School, which is a larger venue than the district office, to accommodate members of the public who wish to observe and/or make public comments during the meeting.   

 

To park, enter the parking lot on California Ave. just west of 16th Street.  Parking is also available on the street, but please abide by the posted parking restrictions.
