NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District Board of Education, in its capacity as the administrative unit of special education services, will review and conduct a public hearing on the Annual Service and Budget Plan for 2008-2009.

 

The public hearing will be conducted in accordance with Education Code Section 56205 (b)(2), 56001 (a), and Sections 12-13 of the Local Plan.  It will take place in the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District on April 23, 2009, at 7:05pm at the district office: 1651 16th Street , Santa Monica , CA   90404 .
