SMMUSD Financial Oversight
Committee Accepting Applications
There is currently one vacancy on the SMMUSD Financial Oversight
Committee (FOC). The district is seeking
a qualified candidate who will bring a depth of business and/or financial
expertise to the committee. Application
forms are available through the Superintendent’s Office or online at
http://www.smmusd.org/fiscal/application.pdf.
The deadline for
applications is Friday, February 6, 2009, with the appointment scheduled to be
made at the February 19, 2009, Board of
Education meeting being, which will be held at the Santa Monica City Council
Chambers: 1685 Main Street, Santa Monica.
FOC meetings are currently
scheduled once a month at the District Office at 7:00 p.m. in the Testing
Room. Following is the schedule of
meetings (subject to change) remaining for the 2008-09 year:
