SMMUSD and SMMCTA Tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement Available for Review

In keeping with newly amended Assembly Bill 1200, the proposed collective bargaining agreement between the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District (SMMUSD) and the Santa Monica Malibu Classroom Teachers Association (SMMCTA) for 2003-04 and 2004-05, and all of its fiscal impact, is available for public review Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. in the Superintendent's Office, 1651 16^th Street, Santa Monica. It is also available as a web link below. The contract is slated for action by the Board of Education at its meeting of August 26, 2003.
