NEW ELEMENTARY STUDENT REGISTRATION
FOR SANTA MONICA AND MALIBU RESIDENTS
WELCOME! Registering your child in a school for the first time can be relatively easy if you are prepared.
Following are a few guidelines to help you:
Your school of residence will provide you with a packet of forms and information which must be completed and returned. Enrollment requirements may vary slightly at each school.
California Elementary School
Immunization Requirements
K-12
To enter or transfer into pubic and private elementary and secondary schools (grades kindergarten through 12), children under age 18 years must have immunizations as outline below.
