SAMOHI Teen Clinic

Where:  At Santa Monica High School  Health Office
When  Clinic operates on Thursdays from 8:00-12:30
How  Students must schedule appointments with the school nurse.  Must have written parental consent for appointment, and forms are provided by the school nurse.

Adolescent Medicine Clinic
P
rovides both primary care and referral/consultation services for complex medical problems of young people between the ages of 12 and 21 years.  Patients may be referred for a one-time evaluation and suggested treatment options, or for definitive diagnosis and follow-up treatment.  Some of the areas in which the clinic can be particularly helpful include problems involving reproductive organs, chronic headaches, chest pain and abdominal pain, dermatologic conditions, sexually transmissible infections, growth and development problems, learning disabilities, school, drug/alcohol or psychological problems.

The Pediatric/Adolescent Medical Clinic at Orthopaedic Hospital accepts most insurances, and Medi-Cal.  Dr. Robert Morris has an interest in adolescent medicine Mondays (1-3 PM). Appointments can be made, or questions about coverage can be resolved by calling (213) 742-1300.
