Adults 18 years or older (no previous schooling required) may attend classes at the Adult Education Center. No appointment is necessary for placement in English as a Second Language classes. Big Blue Bus Santa Monica's Big Blue Bus has two regular bus routes near the Main Campus of the Adult Education Center. The #3 Lincoln Boulevard and the # 8 Ocean Park Boulevard busses service our area. Detailed information regarding these bus routes may also be obtained by calling the Santa Monica Bus Line at 310-664-6222 or go online to: www.bigbluebus.org. Parklng at Main Campus Enter on Pine Street which is located one block north of Ocean Park Blvd. just off Lincoln Blvd.		Childcare is offered at SM-AEC on the Main Campus to registered students while attending classes in the evenings Monday –Thursday from 6:15-9:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 8:45a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Age of children: All children must be at least 2 years and 9 months up to elementary age at all locations except the YWCA where children must be a minimum of 4 years old. McKinley Elementary offers free childcare Monday –Thursday from 8:45-11:30 a.m.
