The Santa Monica Malibu Unified School District Adult Education Center offers students the opportunity to complete their High School diploma courses or preparation for the GED test at their own pace. There is contiuous enrollment during the year, you may start when you wish and work at your own pace.

Plan a schedule that suits you needs! All students meet with a counselor first to assess needs and develop an individualized plan. High School placement testing and GED pre-testing is available by appointment only. Pre-testing, counseling sessions and classes are free.

YWCA The YWCA of Santa Monica is in collaboration with the Santa Monica-Malibu UnifiedSchool District Adult Education Center, the YWCA offers individualized instruction in the evening classes especially for adults with childcare needs. Big Blue Bus Santa Monica's Big Blue Bus has two regular bus routes near the Main Campus of the Adult Education Center. The #3 Lincoln Boulevard and the # 8 Ocean Park Boulevard busses service our area. Parklng at Main Campus Enter on Pine Street which is located one block north of Ocean Park Blvd. just off Lincoln Blvd.		Free Child Care and literacy program for children ages 4-12 at the YWCA, and 2 years, 9 months- elementary age at SM-AEC.
