California State Preschool Program (CSPP)
- COST: Free for families that meet income eligibility guidelines; $475 per month for full cost families
- WHO: 3- and 4-year olds born on or before December 2
- WHEN: 3 hours a day, 5 days a week (morning and afternoon classes)
- HOW: Parents should complete a pre-enrollment application. Families applying for financial assistance should also provide documents that support the most recent month’s income (pay stubs, employer’s statement, child support, etc.), the child’s birth certificate to verify age and a utility bill to verify residency.
